About company Řetězárna a.s. is situated in Česká Ves near the district town Jeseník on the road to border crossing Mikulovice-Glucholazy (Poland). In our company work approximately 250 employees in a two- and three-shift operation. Chains, Wires Accessories The main production program of our company focuses on the production of the welded chains from dia. 2 mm up to 60 mm in Grades from 24 to 120. Our production is focused mainly on sling chains in Grade 80 and 100, hoist chains (T, DAT, V), mining chains, conveyor chains (including connectors, shackles, scrapers, and wheels). We are also a producer of forestry chains, fishing chains, protective chains for wheel loaders, skidder chains for forestry wheeled tractors, snow chains for trucks and tractors, untested chains and forged accessories – hooks, elevator shackles, connecting links, etc. Chains exported worldwide We produce about 10 000 tons annually. We realize this production in the ratio of approx. 18% in the Czech Republic and 82% in the foreign market. Currently, we supply our products to about 50 countries. Our customers are mainly from Germany, England, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Norway, Spain, USA, South Korea, Australia, and Italy. Certificates guarantee the quality of chains Experienced staff, longtime experience, modern machinery and equipment with well-established and operated quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001, ecology in accordance with ISO 14001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001 give our customers certainty that they buy first-class products. The quality is proved by the certification by the Testing laboratory (BG) of Germany in Hannover for hoist chains, sling chains and components of Grade 80 which only several firms own all over the world. |
